BT-315: Xtreme Duty Cornstalk Tooth

  • The Patent Pending design on the BT-315 has 34% more tooth area than the square-wire factory tooth, which makes the BT-315 stronger and capable of picking up additional material with each revolution.
  • High Tensile Alloy steel on the BT-315 prevents premature yielding and bending during operation.
  • ~35% more rubber than our Standard Duty (BT-110), specifically designed for Cornstalks.
  • The BT-315 tooth is mechanically engaged to the baseplate, which eliminates the possibility of the tooth falling out of the rubber. Potentially reducing hardware disease found in many feedlots.

  • Precision laser cut parts to ensure accurate fit-up.

The Best Baler Tooth in the Industry

SO WHAT SETS US APART?

The tooth on our patent-pending design mechanically engages the base plate (as shown in the picture to the left). This prevents the tooth from falling out of the rubber and also provides a structure for the rubber to positively engage the entire assembly.

Our competition cannot claim the same. There is often tooth breakage with our direct competitors, and one can speculate where the broken tooth goes: 1. Inside the bale, or 2. In the field. Both of which can cause issues down the road. If the tooth is in the bale, then there is the potential for consumption by livestock, which could result in Hardware Disease. If a broken tooth is found in the field, there is the potential for flat tires, baler belt tears, and other equipment damage.
