BETTER UPTIME WITH THE BT-110.

Our original set of Patent Pending baler teeth have exceeded 6,000 cornstalk & bean stubble bales with no replacements needed. Our competitors cannot claim the same.

Our current customers have said that they begin their day by greasing their baler and then take off baling. Which is a major change from the OEM teeth. Historically, our customers have had to replace 6 OEM teeth per day on average, which takes about an hour or so to complete. Not only is this costing you money for replacing the damaged teeth, but is also downtime from baling. This is roughly costing the grower over $300 per day per baler.

WHAT IS TOOTH BREAKAGE COSTING YOUR FEEDLOT & FARM?

There is often tooth breakage with our direct competitors, and one can speculate where the broken tooth goes: 1. Inside the bale, or 2. In the field. Both of which can cause issues down the road. If the tooth is in the bale, then there is the potential for consumption by livestock, which could result in Hardware Disease. If a broken tooth is found in the field, there is the potential for flat tires, baler belt tears, and other equipment damage.

The BT-110 was designed to prevent breakages to keep you running and keep your farm safe.
